Wok on the Wild Side
The Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies department is throwing their ninth annual fundraising event – the Wok on the Wild Side! Joey Altman will be the roaming chef. Kristen Sze from Channel 7 ABC News will be the emcee for the auction. The live auction will include extravagant dinners, romantic getaways, fine foods, wines, and overnight hotel stays. Tom Sweeney, Head Beefeater Doorman at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel will greet you. This special event benefits scholarships as well as kitchen and building facilities for the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies Department.
